M - UK12-14 (31" to 35" stretched)

L - UK14-16 (32" to 36" stretched)

I'm 5’6” and UK10 and am wearing the S here.  I felt they were true to size. They felt very comfortable and roomy on the waist.  Size up if you are between sizes, are curvy on the hips, or want a less fitted waistband.
